    Ester clearance will make a huge difference to dosage and free compound.

    When testing for purity via HPLC-MS, the measured peak will be going against a standard so that will include the ester attached.

    So yes for example 330mg of Test E will breakdown as 250mg compound and 80mg from the enanthate ester.

    They are one of very few who formulate to give the Base drug true dosage after ester clearance.

    The beauty of injectable orals is that you bypass hepatic first pass metabolism.
    Hypothetically I would start lower than via p.o as primary demethylation is being avoid until the drugs second pass through the liver i.e there will be a higher concentration of the drug in the blood stream via injection administration route.

    TUDCA is TUDCA regardless of brand if the company is using the actually raw.

    Only way to test is taste the raw powder or powder within the capsule.
    If you have ever tasted raw TUDCA then you’ll know it is one of the most foul tasting compounds in existence, very very bitter metallic taste.

    I even tried to mix raw with 200ml of pure undiluted cordial but did nothing to hide the sharpness. Not a pleasant experience…..

    Jay, I truly believe TUDCA to be the most superior. NAC (GLutathione) would be my next choice, along with Inositol/Choline Bitartrate and D-Limonene.
    I’ve always run Liv52 as its cheaply sourced but can’t really say of its clinical efficacy.

    But with TUDCA, always wait post cycle. If search in the forum you’ll find the answer why.
