Everything looks spot on.
HDL is even above normal range which is great and LDL is nice and low.
ALT and CK could be elevated if you were training intensely the days prior to testing.

If this is your first cycle 100mg anadrol is a lot !
Lower the dose. The methylated compound isn’t really agreeing with your liver or stomach.
If appetitie doesn’t return, lower dose even further to one before training and assess.
Hold off on the TUDCA during cycle as it can cause damage when taken with hepatotoxic substances (google TUDCA and alcohol for your own research).
