Potential for aromatisation lowering TT but even at 225mg / week, one would expect levels in the low 20s to mid 30s.

Very hard to say if lab is underdosed due to TT not being in the gutter and E2 being quite high but there is potential for NPP to aromatise also. HDL is in a good spot which would echo the increased the E2.

12.5 mg Aromasin or 0.5mg E3D would be a hypothetical starting point and assess E2 after 2 weeks.

So much to consider to root cause anxiety but it is an easy one.

CNS fatigue -> are you recovering from volume, sleeping enough?

COMT overload – not clearing catecholamines efficiently
    Could be from:
    1. Too much androgrens,
    2. Too much estrogen / not eliminating estrogen at the liver.
    3. Lack of magnesium -> moist are severely deficient here.
    4. Lack of SAM and methylation -> feeds back to slow COMT activity.
    5. Lack of Progeesterone (tie in with time of month)

    Stress and perceived mental state

Could be a case for Primary hypogonadism due to LH and FSH being in good range meaning its the testicles at fault and not the pituitary.

The Prolactin may be driven high by the low T environment ands its feedback on the hypothalmus or could be an artefact of a possible prolactinoma – can’t say to be honest.

I would make sure they rule out a

    1. Prolactinoma
    2. Tesicle blockage/variocele/testicular damage which would be blocking LH from having its effect on the testicles.

I would not make the brash decision for TRT just yet without a root cause.

I don;t see any issue here to be honest other than perhaps a low pool of T4.

TSH at 1.8 is in a very good functional range as if the presence of low Anti-TPO.

Potentially addressing the low T4 pool and conversion would be first step as T3 is still within a positive range.

    Not exactly.

in this scenario as i started my a “blank slate” after PCT and being off so long, the plan with JP has been to creep and gain the most from the least so thats where the logic in the minor bumps has come from.

Whereas in 2017, following 15 weeks TRT post comp, my off season was just 300 test e 400 npp for 14 weeks.

Really want to see Aladdin but Morgan choose Dark Phoenix last week (must be the fiery red head :D) and I got to pick Avengers Endgame the week before.

Hopefully my parents come up to ours this week so we’ll have an evening to go see it and give the verdict 🙂

    Update guys.

Sorry I really need to update this daily (although sometimes I feel I have no value to offer if I just post my training sessions).

So last week weight crept to 212.5 lb

With this @jordan-peters took GH to 2.5 iu AM/PM and Insulin to 7iu PRE/POST training days only.

    No other changes made.

I can honestly say this is close to the strongest I have been in a long time.

Stiff legged deadlift on Sunday was a PR of 235kg x 5. Some other nice lifts too like Smith Shoulder Press at 48.75 a side x 6.

Irish Muscle Power next Sunday 23rd in Dublin so looking forward to the Irish people who follow along here who attend and I’ll be giving the same talk from Bodypower at 2.50 p.m.

So let’s re-cap the changes since last year for new followers; and to show the minimalist approach that has been taken by JP and myself. If you have seen some of my training videos, you do not need massive amounts to yield results.

Diet had changed twice since last August with carbs moving from 260g to now at 380g.

Biggest changes have been through my progress with training (shock…horror there :D)

    Cycle
    August 5th to October 15th
    200mg Test E -> TRT levels at 41 nmol,

Lowered to 170mg Test E to lower level back.

    December 6th
    Mast E at 100mg,
    Test E to 225mg

    February 2nd
    Mast E to 125mg
    Test stay 225mg
    20mg Prop EOD

    March 1st
    NPP at 20mg EOD
    Mast E stay 125mg
    Test stay 225mg
    Prop stay 20mg EOD

    March 12th
    NPP to 30mg EOD
    Mast E stay 125mg
    Test stay 225mg
    Prop stay 20mg EOD

    5th May
    2iu GH AM/PM
    5 iu Insulin PRE/POST
    NPP to 30mg EOD
    Mast E stay 125mg
    Test stay 225mg
    Prop stay 20mg EOD

    17th May
    Insulin to 6 iu

    7th June
    GH 2.5 iu AM/PM, Insulin to 7 iu PRE/POST

We’ll most likely run with this setup for a few more weeks then drop into a physiological TRT cruise again before going again.

Potentially avoid close to bedtime to avoid the potential impact of a hypoglycemic event during sleep which would reduce sleep quality.

Also pay attention to how different GDAs effect your digestion. High dose ALA or gymnemma may cuase uncomfortable reflux.

Its an artefact of Aldosterone and mineralcorticoid receptor cross over from the AAS.

Some are just going to be more unfortunate than others in this regard.

4,700 is a good place to start – and most gen pop struggle to even hit this.

At 783 , it is unlikely due to circadian release in tandem with testosterone.

With that result I would be looking at prolactinoma or skewed dopamine metabolism.

In theory, it can be taken orally as it is gastric resistant.

As suggested start low and work up in dosage.

The literature shows no negative benefits (known yet).

I would just be careful to pay attention to how the repair may effect gut motility.
