    No – in the blood test Tren will bind to the E2 antibody due to its similar binding affinity….therefore showing up as elevated estrogen…..

    There’s potential if done IM to increase localised IGF-1 but you’re counting on having to do it pre-workout and taking advantage of the up regulation of IGF-1 receptors from the indirect effect of taking anabolics.

    Elevated estrogen can stimulate lactotrophs.

    Address the elevated E2 but also be mindful that testosterone can affect dopamine receptors too which can drive high prolcatin too.

    How do you know sleep quality is high?

    You may be sleeping long periods but the efficiency may be poor if you have apnea or snore all night.

    Your circadian rhythm may be off which could be verified with an adrenal 24 hr cortisol saliva test.

    What’s your caffeine intake like too?

    Your E2 could be out even with just 2 weeks usage and that’s having an effect post use.

    Bloodwork will give an idea.

    The stress of a workout is unlikely to effect erections. if anything, the post workout increase in testosterone should help facilitate unless you have SNS dominance.

    Very hard to say.

    Elevated bilirubin can be a sign for something wrong with liver or gallbladder but hard to say without more context or symptoms.

    Look at your final meal and when you take in fluid. Try stop major fluid intake 1 hour before bed.

    Although ACH should lower towards night time, higher cortisol can cause fluid to not be retained during the night.

    Given also a drop in BP during sleep can drive fluid excretion.

    But in most cases, it a sodium/potassium imbalance and when you sleep the fluid pooled throughout body is excreted to remove the excess sodium.

    Oscar – @jordan-peters is my coach.

    Philip – any steroid has the potential to cross react with other steroid receptors such as glucocorticoid and mineralcorticoid receptors. However, nandro;lone appears to have a higher affinity for myself.

    Callum – not needed at all unless you have low FT3 verified by bloodwork. No natural athlete should need T3 within a diet.

    Ryan – I always have 2 or 3 feeders sets for my first exercise which is normally a compound – I tend to not waste energy building up to my working weight. My logbook will dictate what working weight I’m going to use so I do just enough to ensure I’m warm and ready.
    Then after that I generally do one “feeler” set to get a feel for the movement pattern
