ED will yield the mist stable.
E3D/E4D which is half the half life is a more convenient.
Once per week is not optimal at all due to the large initial peak concentraion.

Progesterone is cleared by the liver by Phase 1 and 2.
You probably have a blockage in Phase 2 conjugation so research there
Elevated insulin can delay progesterone hepatic metabolism.

E2 is out of range – I’d look to bring it down using an AI.
12.5mg Aromasin EOD to start and repeat E2 bloodwork in 2 weeks
I would hypothetically use a SERM like Nolvadex whilst the AI gets to work.

You can hypothetically rule out an infection by drawing a marker circle around the swelling/redness – if it spreads its more than likely an infection.

No one can give an answer to this – purely genetic driven.
Someone may recover just fine with the correct PCT whilst others may end up suffering with secondary hypogonadism
