Insulin is definitely making a difference with pumps and fullness. Hard to say what else it is offering thus far.Shand – I would assess folate intake or your gut. Those can drive high B12. B12 in a blood test is serum B12 – it does not reflect active B12 that is used for methylation.
Mike – T4 conversion is upregulated with GH use, I discussed in Q&A in Feb video.
No issue with taking all 6 caps before bed for Heart Stack.Ruckus – if you go to my IG, I have Q&A highlights. Its covered quite abit in there.
Jan – I know it tastes horrible. Like I said on IG, if you put in sugar free cordial it will take the taste away. It is both fantastic orally and topically.

If this is your first cycle – do not do it before your holiday if you are then planning to PCT just before the holiday – you will feel absolutely shit by week 3 which will more than likely be post holiday.
Either commit to it and continue to low dose TRT on holiday and then full PCT upon returning home or the other option;is an oral only cycle to augment lipolysis and “harden” your physique.
Again I can’t stop people from doing what they like but I can educate
Strict cardio and diet, then low dose Anavar and winstrol to aid lipolysis and strength whilst pushing in a deficit.
Ensure liver is supported and understand cardiac profile will take a hit.
HPTA won’t be as negatively effected (in theory !!!) than utilising the Test?Masteron cycle.There’s downsides to both methods but the oral only cycle will have less of a consequence of harsh HPTA shutdown.
In the end, its your choice to run enhanced supplementation for a holiday but understand there are consequences which need to be considered and managed for both…..

Looks like 0.5mg Adex E3D is not sufficient.
NPP will increase the aromatisation rate of T so have to consider that also.

HPLC-Ms is not offered in the UK from what I know.
Its a very specialised technique unless you know someone working in a Chemistry lab.
