I would retest in 4 weeks and assess if its a real trend.
I would look at a full thyroid panel which also has thyroid antibodies to rule out any autoimmune issue.
It could be something as simple as lacking tyrosine, selenium and iodine in your diet causing low T4 production and T3 conversion

SHBG is made in the liver.
Its production is mainly from high hormone levels like estrogen and testosterone or from high fasting insulin levels / insulin resistance.
Those are your 2 start points to look.
Remember just because estrogen is in range on a blood test, doesn’t mean its in range for you ……

Sean I would work with practitioner.
You can look into TUDCA and OX Bile as synthetic sources of bile/bile acid but that will only address if there is an bile insufficiency.
Also bile’s main purpose is to emulsify fats and alkalize the small intestine.
You can remove fats from the diet but if there is an opportunistic infectioin now in the small intestine because of the bile malabsorption then that would need to be figured out.

Sorry I never updated in almost a week !
So last week my weight took another jump to 212 lb
@jordan-peters was as much confused as I am by the situation considering low dose etc.My only logic is the aldosterone increase possibly from the nandrolone again combined with higher estrogen causing sodium and water retention.
Bloodwork this week to see where everything is 4 months into this year.Body is feeling a bit beat up now 6 weeks post illness recovery with how fast I’ve been pushing to progress.
Much needed dry needling and deep tissue work with Glenn last night.
Lower back was like concrete and a few of the needles bent going in lol.
Left hamstring injury is almost fully gone thanks to Glenn and his sadistic craft of ART 🙂Feel v refreshed today and thankfully its a rest day.
Based on how body is feeling, I may take tomorrow off too as I do feel recovery is starting to take a hit.The main variable really has been sleep quality.

Remember the usage of fats all comes down to genetic differences in Pancreatic and Hepatic Lipase.
For me personally due to how I know my own genetics, dietary ingested fat tends to get stored as fat rather than utilized for energy as I’ve low levels of lipase.
20g Fat from fish oil/EPA/DHA provided 3-4g EPA/DHA during prep and that’s really it.
