LH is low but you are post cycle so it will take time for this to increase and all dependent on how you done your PCT.

HbA1c and Fasting Blood Glucose are in good range so no issues there with diabetes or blood glucose management

I’m assuming you mean MPV which is Mean Platelet Volume and not MVP?
If that is the case, you serious need to lower RBC and remove some blood.
High HCT and HB gives no major symptoms other than maybe slightly higher BP/red face.

Creatinine and CK are more than likely from training and if using creatine supplementation

I would do as above – Water Fast and then reintroduce plain food like chicken and rice.

Then introduce a fatty protein source like salmon and assess.

Then slowly reintroduce other food sources.

If you’ve bile acid malabsorption, your small intestine pH is going to be off and will foster an environment for bacteria to grow. In some people this can then cause malabsoprtion of food in the gut as its undigested.

Sounds like a histamine response from the exercise.

Could be triggered by so many things.

Also I would pay attention to if you mouth breath or nasal breathe in general.
Nasal breathing generates eNOS which creates nitric oxide which vasodilates the capillaries.

Also supplementation prior to cardio like ephedrine/yohimbine will have a stimualtory effect and can induce a runny nose.

The curcumin is probably best everyday.

GGT will dictate the Glutathione use – I suggest you watch the highlight on my IG. Some people may only need once per week. All depends on environmental exposure and how it depletes it.

hs-CRP is very low so v low inflammation which is great.

Hormone panel is good as is thyroid function.

    Minor issues :
LDL is a touch out of range but could be due to anavar skewing liver metabolism towards it. Ensuring LDL oxidation is kept low would be the biger concern than the number of particles formed.

The elevated MCH could be due to a lack of folate in ratio to B12 as serum B12 is quite high.
I’d reduce intake of methylcobalamin or B12 if present in diet or supplementation.

Also ferritin is high indicating its release from liver and mild liver stress.

Vitamin D3 is very high too so you may want to reduce dose for a period to allow it to drop under 100.

Within 3 weeks I rechecked bloods.

Before I would have used very low dose aromasin to control aromatase in off season but this is also a viable strategy.

But as Ive said there needs to be a fine balance of E2 for cardiac health and HDL synthesis
