If someone has Gyno that has formed into a hard lump, could nolvadex be used to keep at bay until the person can schedule and afford Gyno surgery?
I have a client that needs the tissue removing but can not afford and get time of work. Any other recommendations to keep Gyno at bay?
They are currently on 700 test, 300 deca and .5 ai twice a week.

ive heard those with puffy nipples (no solid lump) have had their nipples pierced and this somehow got rid of the puffiness even after taking the piercing out ,, any truth to this ?
and also what if nipples are puffy, low bodyfat, estro and prolactin in check, and no hard lump? what then ?

Steve – there are plenty of other supplements which can lower inflammation and cortisol. Ashwangadha potentially. Phosphatodyl serine, Holy basil, curcumin.
Paul – it’s not something I’ve looked into nor an advocate of. Therapeutic qualities ? Maybe lowered stress but that could be achieved in healthier ways than smoking cannabis.
Bonacris – RSO is very potent….because it is mainly all THC from the indica/sativa strains extracted out into the naphthan. CBD by itself wouldn’t even compare LOL

Wotti – the increase in serotonin from 5HTP could cause a blockage if you are deficient in SAMe which would cause the issues with keeping you awake.
Low dose niacin with Magnesium Bisglycinate at bed time will help if thats this issue.

Well I’m sure those who are being “scared” are old and well enough to make their own decisions and responsibilities if they’re going to fck with themselves.

hCG is a gonadotropin; it will act as a synthetic analogue on testes.
Will it increase TT – Yes.Will it fix a neurotransmitter imbalance in your brain and CNS……….No.
Can you fix those imbalances and neuron insensitivites – potentially
Is it easy – No.Why?
Levels of neurotransmitters need to balance out and Neuron signalling has to calm back down or gain sensitivity.
Does this happen immediately? NOAnd who said I was researching problems and no solutions?
Stop being lazy and go research for yourself.
Or continue to bury head in the sand.
Side Note:
If a PDE5 inhibitor gives an erection and MT2 increases libido for an individual (due to increased bloodflow and arousal), then its not a physiological issue at all whereby you’re failing to make eNOS and cause vasodillation……its a psychological issue.Maybe unknowingly you had high prolactin at one point which caused you to not be able to perform with someone which has now left mental trauma and anxiety when it comes time to perform now.
Or maybe, your serotonin/dopamine receptors are no longer sensitive to your current baseline due to the transient effect of previously using high dose androgens and their upregulation effects which is no longer letting you get aroused.
Or maybe you secretly watch a lot of porn, which has again messed up your dopamine/serotonin signalling…….
