This is completely inter individual and genetic driven based on the signalling and receptivity of GnRH in the Hypothalmus.
For some it can be as unfortunate as the first time GnRH is shutdown for the first time that the signalling is lost.
Others it may not ever happen.
No one can predict this.

So I had to admit defeat and attend the GP again this morning.
I had thought last night it was clearing but during night and this morning I could barely breathe and face completely swollen. 5 days in bed and almost 2 boxes of Nurofen plus (ibuprofen/codeine) and no improvement.
So Ive a chest and sinus infection off the back of the viral infection. Strong course of Clarithromycin (500mg twice a day) for a week and a steroid nasal spray for the inflammation. Will continue to support with the other bits sambucol / manuka honey etc to help too.
However now the next focus will be my stomach and gut. So much ibuprofen taken to try control the symptoms and now the antibiotic.
So daily in middle.of day away from antibiotic will Supplement with VSL 3 mixed in kefir and take Saccharomyces Boullardi (a beneficial yeast) to help my gut.
Digestion is off from the NSAID and stomach acid I can tell has been effected so will not be forcing food until everything settles.
180 euro poorer from the GP and medicine….but I dont care once this clears so I can go home to Morgan and baby Calum

The panel offers an in depth review of absolutely everything someone should be watching competing or not, if AAS /TRT is being used.
The fact you havent had bloodwork done at all as per first post I would be looking at the most comprehensive panel

Hilly I would even lower than to 135 or 140 for systolic.
BP is such a silent killer and so easy to keep under control if attention is paid to it

They both work via 2 different mechanisms.
If you have issues with estrogen detox and elimination, they are useful to add.
