Depends on the dilution.
i suppose you could get away with using dextrose etc if you have a hypotonic solution that was diluted highly to ensure gastric emptying was hastened

Curcumin is dependent on the delivery method.
BCM-95/Novasol can be around 800 mg per day
Curcumin + Bioperine anywhere up to 4-5g.
Liposomal Curcumin 200 – 600mg.CoQ10 again all dependent on delivery method.
CoQ10 has very poor bioavilability and absorption.
100-200mg of Liposomal CoQ10 is beneficial but optimal can be as high as 600mg (again all depends on what is causing depletion of CoQ10 in your body)Glutathione
Oral reduced glutathione is rubbish.
Liposomal Glutathione 450mg once per day up to once per week
Again all depends on what is depleting your glutathione.As Ryan said, I formulated 3 Liposomal versions with Supplement Needs of the above 3.

Glutes normally 1.5 inch , 22g black will ensure complete depth.
