    Delay blast until you get bloodwork done???

    I would give it 4 weeks to allow the infection to fully clear.

    Especially with antibiotics in play

    hs-CRP will be elevated due to the infection.

    Rested fully today.

    Had more tissue work done with Brian, this time my left hamstring. However the issue was found to not be in my hamstring but left adductor/groin and psoas like what Glenn found 2 weeks ago so definitely going to have to manage that until the fibres have lengthened and healed properly again.

    Tomorrow is deload session for legs.

    So settled on plan with @jordan-peters and NABBA Ireland 2020 is the goal.
    We’ll continue to run this setup for another 8 weeks before moving back to TRT dose then go again.
    Ideally need to be about 8-10lbs more conditioned with 8-10lbs of added mass next time out so we’ll be focusing on keeping things as tidy as possible.
    Which gives us 16 months until June 2020 when prep will most likely start.

    Initiall hypothetical dosage of cabergoline is 0.5 to 1mg e4d and titrate the dose as needed.

    Either gear is unsterile or incorrect injection technique.

    Injection technique –

    Making sure to swab top of vial and injection area.
    Using 23 to 25g 1.25″ for delta to ensure depth.

    If youre doing the above correctly then its contaminated gear – bin it.
