FWIW it doesnt make sense to continuously PCT if going to go back on as soon as PCT is complete……

Would you say if you’re going to run a second cycle say 8-10 weeks after the first one just run Nolva & Clomid for PCT & leave the HCG / full protocol you explain until coming off completely?
If yes would you still wait the 4/5 week clearance period to start SERMS?
Again can’t really answer that as that’s your choice.
But its seems pointless to run a cycle 8-10 weeks after the first if it takes 5 weeks for example for an Enanthate ester to clear to have 3 weeks “off” before commencing the next cycle…….

BP is mainly driven by lifestyle tbh, supps will augment this however.
AAS will augment sodium/electrolyte retention and EPO production within kidneys which will obviously cause increased blood volume – so need to be mildful of electrolyte and hydration balance.
Arterial elastciity is another – address through cardio.
GH and extra cellular fluid retention.
Stress and increased cortisol/ACH secretion.

Correct K2 is what you want for anti clotting.
Also the main reason for Vit K is to aid calcium retention and re deposition back into bones and not arteries

I would ensure you are adequately hydrated morning of next blood test as this can effect urea clearance.

in the sense of dopamine being used up to activate those receptors for prolactin production.
Hence your left with lower levels of dopamine to exert its effects elsewhere in the synapse and why cabergoline which is a dopamine recpetor agonist controls prolactin.

I’d be wary of the high TSH over a prolonged period of time.
2.1 is normally the highest it should go with FT4 and FT3 in range.
Something is definitely making your pituitary output more TSH

If going to just stay on that TRT dose FOREVER then low dose hCG would help keep Leydig cell sensitivity if fertility was a concern
