Sorry guys I havent updated this is 2 weeks towards my own progress.

Previous week was 205.4
So slowly and steadily gaining.
JP was very impressed with current state of affairs so 3rd week of no firther changes.I posted on IG the difference to 26 weeks ago when we began the TRT in August. Pretty incredible to be honest but goes to show the power of CONSISTENCY.
No real updates other than still progressing every session. Strength is at an all time high considering what’s in place.
Being meticulous this time toward recovery has been key.
As for my left hamstring, between Glenn and Will we found the root cause of it being an over strained groin, deep in where the glute, adductor and hamstring overlap and insert. Glenn managed to lengthen out the shorted tissue with ART and its not given me any issues so far since Tuesday.
The Dr Dean Stack health range is coming along nicely with SN and TrainedbyJp Nutrition is set to launch.
The Liver Stack and Kidney/Blood Pressure Stack should be ready within a month hopefully.Ive plenty more to come so dont worry there ????
As i said, the industry has to change. And its about time we took it back
