As discussed on IG, it looks like insulin senstivity issues.
Ideally don’t wand FBG to go higher than 5.1 at a maximum.
As for the root cause, it could be several.
Hydration, Low TT, high fat, high carb, glycation issues from food, high morning cortisol….could go in depth here.
Check post meal BG too after 2 hours and assess where that is.

The neurotransmitter receptors need time to adjust to current androgen level or go back to the high levels they were exposed to.
Also need to figure out where your dopamine is going to and how its being metabolized.This can be done as I’ve explained in other posts using a DUTCH urinary analysis.

In the contest of long term TRT where someone has secondary hypogonadism, the hCG may be warranted to maintain leydig cell integrity long term.
