    As above, you just might be eating too late and still digesting foodf when you wake the next day.

    Slow gastric emptying whilst sleeping will effect BG.

    Also dehydration like the above post has stated.

    Max – it sure would – hence why UV therapy is a means for treating acne.
    If one was sensible with tanning salon use and mitigated the harmful effects of UVA and UVB, then the UVC is very useful.

    Busy week 🙂

    Check in on Friday – 197lb

    JP bumped up food slightly as I’ve been holding this weight for some time.
    We’ve been recomping since August and will slowly now start to take things up.

    Training Day Diet didn’t change since 17th August / 21 weeks
    Non Training Day Diet didn’t change since 17th April / 38.5 weeks.

    So you should not be expecting weekly diet adjustments from a coach – often its not warranted.

    Been a while since I listed diet so as below :
    Workout Day Meals – I don’t track veg but I eat 300-400g with 3 of the meals (Peas, Green Beens, Brocolli, Asparagus, Corgeutte)
    Workout day Meal 1
    40p, 17f – 165g (4-5% fat) Salmon, 1 Whole Egg, 5g Coconut Oil – I tend to rotate the egg with avocado oil for fats as I sometimes have difficulty digesting them (gas).

    42p, 42c – 160g Chicken, 200g Sweet Potato

    Workout day Meal 3
    PreWO – 40p, 50c – 47g Whey Isolate (40g Protein from Whey), 65g Jasmine Rice

    Workout day Meal 4
    Intra WO – 50p, 40c – 15g iBCAA, 40g PeptoPro, 40g Cyclic Dextrin, 5g Creatine
    Changes for this week -> Legs add 30c , pull add 20c, push add 10c

    Workout day Meal 5
    Post WO – 37.5p, 118c – 240g Prawns, 55g Jasmine Rice, 70g Coco Pops, Unsweetened Almond Milk
    Changes for this week -> Legs add 20c , pull add 15c , push add 10c – will just bump up rice.

    Workout day Meal 6
    Post Post – 40p, 42c – 165g Chicken, 1 whole Egg, 1 Wrap or Pitta, 50g Pineapple

    Workout day Meal 7
    Bedtime – 44p, 12c, 10f – 24g Whey Isolate (20g Protein from Whey), 200g Fage 0% Total Fat Free Greek Yoghurt, 20g 90% Lindt Dark Chocolate

    38p, 21c, 10f – 200g Chicken, 65g Avocado, 4 Rice Cakes

    44p, 8c, 10f – 23.5g Whey Isolate (25g Protein from Whey), 200g Fage 0% Total Fat Free Greek Yoghurt, 20g Almond Butter

    Had deep tissue on Wednesday as my left tricep was extremely tight from last week after training back. Long head needed to be released with dry needling and some ART.

    Thursday I flew over to visit my grandmother in London for the day.

    Yesterday was Legs following by being on Advice’s radio with Scott Mc Nally – will definitely appear on more with him as thoroughly enjoyed it.
    I spent a lot of time discussing my PCT approach so you can tether that into my PCT video if you need further explanation.

    Its only slightly out.

    People seem to forget the effects of ASIH (Androgenic Steroid Induced Hypogonadism) – Like any system in the body, your CNS and brain can become desensitized and you require higher dosages of androgens for balance.

    Clomiphene can also negatively effect libido etc due to it being a synthetic estrogen.
