As above, you just might be eating too late and still digesting foodf when you wake the next day.
Slow gastric emptying whilst sleeping will effect BG.
Also dehydration like the above post has stated.

JP bumped up food slightly as I’ve been holding this weight for some time.
We’ve been recomping since August and will slowly now start to take things up.Training Day Diet didn’t change since 17th August / 21 weeks
Non Training Day Diet didn’t change since 17th April / 38.5 weeks.So you should not be expecting weekly diet adjustments from a coach – often its not warranted.
Been a while since I listed diet so as below :
Workout Day Meals – I don’t track veg but I eat 300-400g with 3 of the meals (Peas, Green Beens, Brocolli, Asparagus, Corgeutte)

40p, 17f – 165g (4-5% fat) Salmon, 1 Whole Egg, 5g Coconut Oil – I tend to rotate the egg with avocado oil for fats as I sometimes have difficulty digesting them (gas).Workout day Meal 2
42p, 42c – 160g Chicken, 200g Sweet PotatoWorkout day Meal 3
PreWO – 40p, 50c – 47g Whey Isolate (40g Protein from Whey), 65g Jasmine RiceWorkout day Meal 4
Intra WO – 50p, 40c – 15g iBCAA, 40g PeptoPro, 40g Cyclic Dextrin, 5g Creatine
Changes for this week -> Legs add 30c , pull add 20c, push add 10cWorkout day Meal 5

Thursday I flew over to visit my grandmother in London for the day.
Yesterday was Legs following by being on Advice’s radio with Scott Mc Nally – will definitely appear on more with him as thoroughly enjoyed it.

People seem to forget the effects of ASIH (Androgenic Steroid Induced Hypogonadism) – Like any system in the body, your CNS and brain can become desensitized and you require higher dosages of androgens for balance.
Clomiphene can also negatively effect libido etc due to it being a synthetic estrogen.
