Yeah Arno – the real root cause to think about is how they effect the levels of estrogen in the body which will then feed off toward hepatic lipase.

M85 – Male hormone panel before touching them.
Then retest 7-10 days after last SARM taken.

Zach – I really do not rate SARMs at all so I don’t discuss them much. They were a fools gold dream in how they should work in theory.
    1. As above, 7-10 days after last SARM.
    2. GW is fine in PCT setting – it is not a SARM.
    3. Correct although can try SERM therapy to increase – I would not use an OTC SERM/AI due to quality reasons.
    4. Depends where TT is in correspondance to LH and FSH level.
Can’t advise on Clomid dosage or time length as it will be individualistic.

7 months post cycle I would expect HPTA to start to take over.

I would get full male hormone analysis done to assess where FSH and LH are now.

If in range, could try SERM therapy to increase TT – however, you should know your TT baseline before starting anything so you know where you need to return close to post AAS use after PCT.

Triglycerides are in range so I don’t think so.

    HCT is also good.

I’d get hs-CRP checked to assess inflammation.

Ferritin is stored primarily in the liver – when its high its an indication of hepatocyte cell lyse.

    Sperm analysis to assess fertility.

Based on your results, you don’t appear to have primary hypogonadism (which is failure of the testes to produce testosterone)

Bloodwork. Always bloodwork to determine what PCT is required.

And LGD……CAN cause shutdown of HPTA……

If health is good I dont see a hypothetical issue with the above.

    May not even require proviron.

Stevia can cause gut issues in a lot of people.

Aspartame is 11% methanol by metabolism which isn’t a huge deal for some people but definitely can have a gut and brain toxic effect.

Out of them all, sucralose is the one I trust the most as its simply glucose where the OH groups are replaced with Chlorines…..and not it will not kill off bacteria in the gut because of this because guess what else has chlorine in it……Table Salt NaCl.

As for the BG impact with sweetners, its minimal in terms of the sweetner in of itself.

Its the bulk filling agents used like maltodextrin definintely which effect it – something people fail to realise…..
The weight by weight difference of the sweetener to bulk filler is quite large.

For example Splenda usually contains 95% dextrose (D-glucose) and maltodextrin.
    So a 2g serving is 1.9g filler and 0.1g sweetner……

Plenty have followed it since I’ve shared it with complete success if secondary hypogonadism is not present.

    Diet
    Training
    Remaining a positive attitude

    Most of all consistency.

Very difficult to say and could be a quality issue of the supplement in of itself.

Hi Daniel – there’s no real way to measure it directly.
If your diet and environment is shit there’s a huge likelihood of it occuring.

A Vertical aligned profile, or VAP cholesterol test is probably the most accurate.

It will allow you to determine the size of the LDL particles, and having small dense particles that tend to stick and oxidize puts you another 3x the risk of a heart attack.

It also give a ratio of how much of the “good” type of HDL cholesterol you have by fractionating out the truly protective HDL-2 subfraction.
