Ian – I would just continue to diet strictly rather than introduce an oral to compensate for diet control. Also you won’t be able to compete legitimately in a tested comp if you do use something of this nature.

I would be considering a cardiologist if not been to see one if you can’t figure out the root cause by yourself.

That’s one thing I’m always thinking about heading into next year and going to be away for 3-4 days a week with work. I’ll probably look for a different job closer to home than being in Dublin when they get older so as to not miss out on things.
I can only imagine its hard when one is away but I guess it does foster an independence too. And with video calling now I guess its easier to stay in face to face contact – I know this is what has kept me and Morgan going being able to video call every single day when I’m away.

I often get clicking/popping in left shoulder from bicep tendon slipping in and out of shoulder groove.

Post PCT, understand where hormones are sitting throguh bloodwork.
With a 1 month PCT post 12 week cycle you may not be even fully recovered but I have ssen it happen in some first cycles……
If not recovered and hormones are low you are going to skew insulin sensitivity, hepatic TG lipase etc
I would be being critical of monitoring things like viceral fat storage along with bloodwork to watch how TGs and lipids are being effected.
