All depends on your own Test:E2 ratio.
In my case, 170mg Test E had level at 32 nmol and E2 was at 281 pmol.

I’m Blood Type O too.
My own personal experience I don’t do well with fats so my carbs are always high.After looking at my genetics, it made sense due to poor levels of HL
My TGs were sky high in August and it was a mixture of metabolic damage, poor HL and low hormone environment all being driven by dietary fat.
So most of my fat now comes from EPA/DHA or Olive/Avocado oil.Agree with the allergen foods:
Eggs – love them but give me such bad gas and don’t seem to digest; especially egg whites.
Dairy – same, just doesn’t get digested.
Wheat / Gluten – not so bad but still eat GF.
Shell fish / Bottom feeding crustaceans – Prawns don’t seem to upset me too much but I might leave them out this offseason.
Pork – Sausage meat ruins me.
Sweetners – stick with sucralose based.

Tom – no not really. The Alpha GPC may give a cognitive boost.
Juan – Any will do. The cheapest one which has the most economical sticks.
Steven – no if you are taking care of health. I take the capsule in the morning time.
Mike – UVEX safety glasses block all UV blue light and the cheapest. Lense colour makes no difference to colour blocking ability (colour absorption).

As the guys have said above, sometimes thinking too technical only makes things worse.
What you need to understand and what you need to know to apply something are 2 very different things.
Grow your knowledge but don’t get bogged down in the technical science unless that’s what you are going to pursue.
I’ve never heard someone question why am I taking NAC, what are the biological processes involved…..they just take it…..

Baseline would be individual so can’t give any number at all there….could by 7.6, could be 20, could 35 ……
Again how long? – Completely genetic driven and how well pituitary can output.

As Hilly said, get FT3 and FT4 checked.
If TSH was constantly fluctuating it would be cause for concern but in this one instance it could be anything from stress to excess estrogen.
