Hilly – I said it before. If fated to TRT then you need hCG to maintain Leydig sensitivity to LH. And is exactly what Crysler has been recommending.

Ferility is all dependent on sertoli cell sensitivity to FSH and then Leydig sensitivty to LH.

Blasting hCG during that kind of period will do nothing IMO other then stimulate the Leydig cells for nothing.

And at supraphysiological dosages it makes no sense for to use hCG nor is there any data there to suggest its safety.

It is YOUR OWN personal decision.

    Reseacrh, Educate – decide.

Not a single person’s opinion should influence any of the decision making process.

Appetite can be effected due to estrogen receptor activation but none of the IBS symptoms you listed above.

Just because Arimistane is an OTC compound, doesn’t meant that its not going to be an effective AI.

Get E2 checked as now that you’ve given proper context it sounds to be the issue

Testosterone can lead to prolactin issues as it can transiently effect dopamine receptors.

Could be electrolyte imbalance or intracellular taurine depletion.

    Can’t really say tbh

I wouldn’t have done that at all if you’re going back to using even TRT.

health markers will get worse in a low hormone environment.

You could have moved to a low dosage of testosterone to allow levels to stabilise off and allow health to recover that way.
Bringing testosterone to an engoenous level would have been better.

Hilly – I don’t believe at all in doing that as you have potential there to cause secondary hypogonadism if going to go back on. Gonadaotropins should be saved for when someone is coming off or needs to get testes to respond for fertility – in my opinion anyway.

Unless you have a fancy water filter attached to your bath, then its tap water….

Epsom salts will open up all the pores of the body so apart from absorbing the Mg in the bath, you’ll absorb all the chlorine etc (think how much water is in a full bath).

Vitamin C neutralises any chlorine remaining in the water post treatment

    1. No can’t say.

    3. You continue using tamoxifen throughout if used form beginning – I said to stop AROMASIN with hCG, not Nolvadex.

Depending on budget – just get E2 checked and go from there.

That dosage of Adex should have been enough but only bloods wil ltell.

Alcohol will cause high aromatase activity yes

Rotties – depends on the type of estrogen, the type of estrogen receptor, levels of aromatase expression etc.

Activation of ERbeta has positive effects on stopping tumour progression.

I’ll let you search for the literature 🙂
