Rotties – Solgar is NovaSol which is a different form of curcumin to BCM-95.
The bioavailability is slightly different as to the delviery mechanism.If you search the forum for NovaSol you’ll find previous discussions. I’m a fan of either tbh.

If you watch the pharmacology talk, you will see that AAS aren’t just specific to the androgen receptor; so your Dr is correct that there could be interactions at the glucocorticoid receptor. However, its hard to say if the AAS would provide a positive benefit tbh or hinder the action of the glucocorticoid compound – but they will be in competition with each other.
Anything which has the potential to trigger autoimmunity should be kept under control with colitis.

Mighele – its hard to say without knowing the root cause. BCM-05 Curcumin might help alleviate some of the inflammation and the Tendoforte in Join-In may help with aiding in collagen synthesis alongide Boswella. I don’t think there’s much to lose in trying them to see if their effect on inflammation may help your knees provided it is a joint/cartiliage issue.
Borja – Its very hard to give an answer as again that would be your own personal decision. TRT would suppress endogenous FSH production which would effect sperm production – whether that becomes low cannot say.
By not using TRT you are preserving fertility.
With TRT, the use of an FSH mimic like hMG whilst on TRT may help increase spermatogensis and increase sperm.

Dan – get bloodwork done and assess what is out of range – then go from there.
Additionally, bloodwork 6 weeks into a cycle to again assess what gets negatively effected.
On a whole, potential supplementation to address systemic inflammation as well as potential cardiac health would probably be keys ones for year round

Sorry for the lack of updates – quite a bit going on personally the last few weeks so I haven’t had much to say in the way of physique development in this log.
My Dad was admitted to hospital with chest pain a few weeks ago; BP was found to be at 200/100 and Tropinin was elevated (this is a marker of heart inflammation and potential recent myocardial infarction).
He had been suffering with a chest infection the weeks previously and my parents had been staying at our home in Strabane. I had a feeling something was up with him when he arrived and when they went home he went to GP surrounding the heavy chest sensation.
After a few intense days of A&E and the cardiac ward, as well as myself grilling some of the Drs to get to a root cause, they were able to establish heart inflammation as a cause from pulmonary hypertension. Basically, severe pneumonia previously triggering heart inflammation (ring any bells with another recent death of a bodybuilder???…..). His BP is still elevated as they suspect there is still a low lying infection in his lungs which his body is still fighting off.Luckily I have very close friends who are Medical Doctors like Dr Wes so we were able to deduce from the data what a likely root cause would be as frankly the Drs of the cardiac ward didn’t give a shit. They even wanted to discharge him after 1 day with his BP at 190/95 and bring him back as an outpatient. When they couldn’t justify that he would not have a stroke etc. they soon seen their illogical mistake and kept him in.
Anyway, thankfully he’s now back home and recovering. He’s now 66 yrs old so it does make you question everything when something like this happens and how quick things can change.
Aside from that, on a development front, recent bloodwork was normal other than my sky high E2 LOL; which I knew but was again trying to keep T:E2 ratio in favour of my Lipid panel. However, if you seen my IG, it didn’t make much difference to HDL recycling (I’m not too worried about Gyno as I have no glands nor BP as mine was at 106/69 even with E2 at where it was).

Bradley – No issue to increasing training intensity. Just be mindful as keep record of how body is recovering from the sessions.
John – Useful but Liposomal has almost the same bioavailability (provided no issue with gallbladder). IV and injectable glutathione is a skin lightening agent so be mindful of that ! (ala Michael Jackson…..)

I would reassess bloodwork again in 6 weeks and assess if pituitary needs help. No need for SERM therapy just yet.
