    I had read the studies on Shilajit and the increase in Testosterone reported.

    And I did try Shilajit (40% Fulvic acid) during the SERM portion of my PCT at the full clinical dose on top of RedCon1 Boomstick (look at the profile on it) for the DHEA and didn’t get anything from it….

    When I mean didn’t get anything from it, my T level returned to where it was always naturally following the SERM therapy which I combined with the natural T boosters.

    It might be worth trying but I got nothing from it.

    Jarrows do a nice standardised form of Shilajit which I used.

    3. GHRPs can affect prolactin so avoid.
    BPC and TB500 and HGH should not effect.

    So today we had another Antenatal parenting class and midwife appointment for 26 weeks.
    We learned that the Morgan’s bump is off the size scale for this time so she may be growing a little tank haha :L

    The last few week’s Morgan has also begun nesting so I’ve been pulling furniture out left right and centre and building new things.
    The house though is looking very nice but trying to haul 4 old wardrobes and dressers down flights of stairs was tough work :L

    Anyway, Back Width then this evening with a little bicep touch up

    2 sets 5-9, 10-12 reps
    Pullover Machine – 20 (Stack) + 10kg plate x 5, 13 x 11 – Screwdriver is out for Back now too haha
    Lat Pulldown – 133 x 8, 97 x 12
    Chins – BW x 7 (Close grip with dead stop), BW x 7 (Normal dead stop), 130 assisted x 16
    Rear Delts – 15kg DBs x 8 – dropped DB in favour of Rear Delt fly then 43 x 15 (can get much better control and contraction of rear delts with this)
    DB Shrugs – 45 x 9, 45 x 9

    2 sets 15-20 reps – Metabolic work sets
    Low Row Machine 30kg a side x 15
    Chest supported DB row – 17.5kg x 16
    Low Row Machine 20kg a side x 24 (absolute failure)
    Chest supported DB row – 12.5kg x 16
    Preacher Machine – 60 x 8 each arm, 40 x 8 each arm

    Right I didn’t get a chance to write up yesterday’s workout as we went to see Bohemian Raphsody – absolutely epic film.

    Legs
    2 sets 5-9, 10-12 reps
    Squat Machine – 130 a side x 7, 100 a side x 11
    Lying Hack Squat Machine (subbed this instead of Smith Squats to preserve lower back as still not 100%) – 97 x 11, 70 x 20
    DB walking Lunge – 25kg DB x 6 steps each leg, BW x 16 steps each leg – 5 sec eccentric with these – killer !
    Adductor – 180 x 10, 140 x 10
    Standing Single Leg Hamstring Curl – 2 sets – 5kg x 20 each leg, 7.5 kg x 15 each leg
    GHR – BW x 8 (failure)
    Rope Pullthrough – 70 x 14, 70 x 11
    Abductor – Triple drop 80 x 15, 50 x 8, 30 x 12
    Seated Calf Raise – Muscle Round 25kg – Holding weighted stretch position for 10 seconds between each round.
    Straight into Standing Calf Raise – 61 x 10 (5 sec eccentric, 5 sec concentric)

    Rotties – Page 42 I outlined why we used it

    During the PCT, my body was a metabolic shitstorm to put it lightly and I accrued a bit of visceral fat around my abdomen. So myself and JP discussed and decided a low dose of DNP (200mg – I won’t take this any higher tbh) to help uncouple mitochondria to a greater extent. If you read in the literature, DNP is superb at targeting and uncoupling visceral fat. Aesthetically I’m actually quite lean but I know that visceral fat is not good from a health standpoint – to put this in context at the end of the PCT my TGs were above 8 !!!
    Again, DNP isn’t the evil its made out to be but you better be fckn sure of how to support your body whilst it does it’s job. If one is going to take DNP then again you also need to understand the mechanism behind how it works and what needs support so I’m going to be nice and share how you can here:

    An increased pyruvate need will be required to support increased Krebs turnover – Calcium Pyrvuate upon waking.
    PQQ to aid mitochondiral biosynthesis during night – Take before bed.
    Liposomal glutathione – your mitochondria use most of your body’s glutathione to quench oxidative phosphorylation – Take before bed.

    3 weeks at 200mg done a fantastic job to uncouple the viceral fat from my abdomen. Viceral fat has that horrible “rubbery” texture to it.

    We’ll do another 3 week run at that low dose from this weekend to really ensure we help get rid of anymore that is still left, although there is not much there now tbh.

    Again – DNPs purpose was to aid mitochondrial uncoupling within viceral fat.

    Diet, training and NEAT took care of the deficit required.
    Only for I’m wearing a red t-shirt in the Mega Legs 2 video, you’d see my clothes absolutely drenched.
