Hard to say anything without the rest of the HPTA markers.

    Cortisol is quite high.

    Obviously testosterone is low.

Need more context mate to everything.

Diet is bad – how bad? sources?

    Stress levels to life?

    Sleep ?

There’s a lot of issues that could be driving it

Hard to say as again its completely genetically driven.

If for example, dianabol dose was high and it aromatized to a great extent and brought E2 to a high level then that would most definitely feedback on the pituitary.

I would take one week off and then retest.

    Lower protein to under 1g/lb.

With LDH being so high along with Creatinine there would be cause for concern.

Removing the bias of training will be a better picture.

    There are better products available.

For Liver health it really depends what’s going wrong.

Is Phase 1 and 2 metabolism being compromised?
    is Liver inflammation too high?
    Risk of NAFLD?
    Cholestasis of the bile ducts?

Everything above I’ve developed something with SN to combat

I’ll continue to do so if that’s something people will want to read going forward.

Sometimes I just thought it can be a bit repetitive but I’ve no problem updating with loads etc and the workouts.

Reason being is JP had me run this setup above last year all the way through from Nov 2016 to Oct 2017.
Main focus as always was to get really fckn strong.
A lot of the workout tid bits are on my IG from last year.

Some of last year’s off season lifts.
    Smith Squat – 5 plates a side
Watson Machine Squat – 9 plates a side
Watson Leg Press – 17 plates a side
    Dips – BW 90ish kg + 60 kg DB
Seated Barbell Shoulder Press – 45kg a side.
    Decline Smith Press – 75kg a side.

An RX8 was always on my bucket list to own so when I first started at Intel I went on the search in 2014 and found one of the first original 2003 6 gear 230 bhp models produced (I think there was only 50 of them made).
It was a bucket of shit but it only cost me 1200 euro.
Ended up needing a new engine in 2015 due to low compression on rotor 1 and then few other bits and pieces over the years that it is now essentially a new RX8.
Unfortunately you only get 340 km out of a tank so I only use to drive to work / around Dublin etc, not very economical for the 130 mile trip up and down to Strabane home.
TBH I’m at a difficult place with the car as its not very baby friendly LOL. But with current market value I wouldn’t get close to what I invested into it on return. With everything that was done to it I refuse to take less than 5.5k for it so I may put it into storage at my cousin’s farm.
I’ve attached pictures of my “Batmobile” 😀

    Right cars aside….lol

Yesterday had another early morning adjustment with Dr Conn to fully sort out my right hip shift. The relief I’ve gotten from that 2nd adjustment was immense – no longer feels like someone is kneeing me in the back and glute.
Drove back down the 2.5 hours to my parents for work.

Was scheduled to train yesterday but as soon as I landed at my parents a wave of tiredness hit me. Decided to have a 20 min nap and see how I felt afterward but woke up with the fcked feeling so took a rest day instead. I’ve been pushing that hard the last 12 weeks that CNS is catching up plus I’m sure the aggressive adjustment yesterday played on CNS too.

    Back to dayshift then today.
    Just finished training at work.
We’ve changed back to my old routine from last year which saw me make great gains with the exercise selections.

    New Routine – 2 rotations
    Sun – Legs
    Mon – Back Width
    Tues – Rest
    Wed -Hams, Delts, Tri
    Thurs – Back Thickness

    So today was Back Thickness

Single Arm DB Row – 50kg x 12, 50kg x 11 (will bring my plate loaded DB with me next time)
    Seated Row – Dual Cable Station – 36.25 each side x 8, 26.25 each side x 10
    Mid Back Machine Row – 65 x 12, 65 x 12

    1 set 12-15 reps
