    Looking at diet above even though fibre is at 37g (from MyFitness Pal or some App I’m assuming ?) it’s quite lacking in insoluble fibre.

    I would look at supplementing with a soluble/insoluble fibre mix of Psyllium and Apple Fibre for a few days to help but intestinal transit can be effected long term by low calorie dieting.

    Sorry I should have that made that clearer as all compounds will be processed fro excretion at the liver.

    Oral 17a methylated compounds require several passes through the liver so I would avoid these with roaccutane.

    I can’t comment on a “list” of safe anabolics.

    Spent this morning car shopping for a family car for next year LOL.

    Then Dr Conn this afternoon for monthly neck adjustment – next month#s appointment will be review and x-ray so looking forward to seeing the results of 10 months work.
    As I said, I’ve been dealing with quite bad lower back compression and Will my physio said my right hip was tilted forward. Sure enough it was out of alignment quite bad – how I don’t really know why, but Conn managed to put it back into proper alignment again.
    Have him again on Wednesday before I travel back down to Dublin for work.

    Legs was scheduled for today after resting yesterday but after having hips re-aligned I moved it forward again to tomorrow and trained Back tonight. Had to be sensible and avoid anything which would cause external hip rotation so Single Arm Lat Row was replaced with Seated Cable Row for tonights session.

    Straight Arm Pulldown – 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Close Grip Chins – 1 rest pause x3
    Lat pulldown with palms facing – 6-9, 10-12, 12-15
    Seated Cable Row -3 sets 20 reps
    Upper Back Row Machine – 3 sets 8-12 reps
    Chest supported DB Shrug – 3 sets 5-9 reps
    Reverse Pec Dec – 12, 15, 20
    Standing Incline Cable Curl – 3 sets 8-12 reps

    Depth of depot within muscle makes a difference to irritation.

    Any hepatic metabolised anabolics will be out of question with roaccutane in play. I just don’t think its worth adding more stress.

    I’d make sure to know full metabolic health – liver/kidneys before beginning anything.

    If you search back through the forum there is plenty of discussion around roaccutane use and anabolic interactions.

    Like I’ve said before, All androgens interact with androgen recpetors.
    What effect that activation will have is totally dependent on where the AR is located so skin for example.

    Having a blood marker in “range” may not be the range for you.

    Where is that having your TT level?

    Other blood levels ?
    Iron/Ferritin status
    GGT
    Folate / B12 / Homocysteine

    With so many 19-nor androgrens in play, its a big risk.

    Everyone forgets they have indirect actions on dopamine/serotonin metabolism.

    They may have superb anabolic potential and potentially as a SARM for myotropism.

    With the first cycle, I would think the issue was driven by prolactin/dopamine due to the 19-nor espeically if only arimidec was used and not cabergoline.

    If prolactin is sky high, no amount of testosterone is going to combat prolactins side effect on sexual function.

    Finished nightshift yesterday morning and traveled the 3 hours back home.
    Slept for my usual 2 sleep cycles which ended up being 2.5 hours.
    Got up, and began doing some work in the house and rearrange the spare bedroom layout for my parents staying with us.
    As I rested Friday, I was feeling good to train yesterday despite the low sleep.

    Chest, Delts, Arms then yesterday afternoon.

    Session was:
    Incline DBc Press 55 x 3.5, 45 x 9, 25 x 15
    High Incline Machine Press 133 x 6 , 124 x 8, 79 x 150
    Dip Machine (Stack) 151 x 6, 133 x 8, 97 x 12
    Low Incline DB 17.5 x 12, 15 x 12, 12.5 x 12
    Dual Rope Pulldown 70 x 14, 70 x 12, 70 x 10
    Single Arm Overhead DB Extension 10 x 9, 7.5 x 12 – Triceps were fried by this stage
    Cable Side Laterals – 45 x 7, 40 x 8, 35 x 10, 30 x 10, 25 x 12 triple dropset
    Single Arm Preacher Machine 50 x 8, 40 x 10, 40 x 8
    Crunch Machine 3 sets

    Some really nice PBs yesterday despite the lack of sleep.

    Morgan’s Dad’s 60th birthday then last night which I made it through lol.

    Legs was scheduled for today but with lower back playing at me and still feeling the compression in it, I’ve moved it to tomorrow evening after seeing the Dr Conn my chiropractor and rested again.
    Spent today clearing out our shed completely with my Dad so I can setup a TV and some cardio equipment out there. Then dinner with my parents and the Halloween markets in Derry.
    We bought a shelf for the shed, and if you think Ikea flatpack was bad, this one was in German which made zero sense on how to build it. Between my Dad and I both being Engineers we figured it out pretty quick LOL. Was great to spend the day with both of my parents – little things like this you appreciate when you get older. Although I stay with them when I work I barely see them other than quickly in morning and evening when I’m going/coming from work.

    Plan is now a 2 weeks break then another short run of low dose DNP to get in a very tidy position to start pushing up.

    Goal has been set on 2020.

    Needless to say I’m back into the swing of things 🙂
