    I agree with Jordan the round isn’t so bad for myself a solid brace from the floor, chest the chest tall, chin neutral and bring aggressive ont be way up helps me to stay locked in

    Ben Pollock recommends letting the bar drift forward a bit on SLDL, and that is something I have also noticed as I SLDL heavier, the only way that it can biomechanically work out is if I let the bar drift a few inches forward.
