Well one more day of the SICKNESS, fighting to get back into the swing of things tomorrow. Down to 246lbs rest diet again with no cardio just 10K step to keep things moving.

Got my arms session done today. Ended up going to everlast gym. Little easier to get to and quite like going there when it’s just arms. Little change of environment. Can smash a good arm workout anywhere tbh if you know what you’re doing.
Had a good day. Launched a new programme at work for coaching. Went on a nice dog walk. And had a cooked roast dinner from Nancy to replace one meal. Basically was the same meal chicken and potato lol just a lot nice haha

Well after this post I got sick as a dog!!! So today a rest day lol we win some we lose some. Looking to get back to it tomorrow but as we know rest is a good thing.

How did you base thyroid intake ? I assume bloods ?
Not a fan of rebound as most of it isn’t solid tissue it’s just glycogen and water / fat
Real muscle tissue takes a long time to build, this is where it just doesn’t come on quick post show instead fat gain does so then your offseason length is cut short
Something to consider if you want legit 10 lbs
Damn thyroid is always low 1.5/2 on the high end.
