Hello Stuart, did you have a surgery and speed up the prosses, or you have only pain and problem with training? I ha a bad tear in my left rotator carf thats why i am asking you? thanks

Hey Jordan, I will really appreciate if you can tell me your approach for the pre, intra and post workout shakes if you are using humalog pre and igf1 after.
I do the previous:

50gr whey iso
120 gr cream of rise
6gr arginine

40gr BCAA
50gr Vitargo

50gr Whey iso
40gr BCAA
10gr creatine
10gr Glutamine
