    If you have any other thoughts regarding any peds or supps that I could use to enhance recovery. I would love your input.

    I am doing endurance work alongside powerlifting.
    Health, Longevity and performance is my priority.

    thank you for all your responses guys.
    Any possible benefit of doing 1iu post workout and 1 iu pre bed ?
    or just 2iu in one go pre bed?

    Do you think I should start with 1 iu and take it up 2 iu ?
    I do not specifically want to go up a weight class.

    So along with powerlifting, I do a lot of athletic training.

    Like running, jumping, overall fitness based stuff.

    I read on these forums that using GH in the night will interfere will the natural production, hence people prefer morning or pre/post instead.

    Any other compound that you would add for overall recovery benefits.
    Iv started quite a few recovery supps.

    I want to avoid anabolics since do not really want to go up a weight class.

    Open to the use of them however.

    Hey, Thank you for the quick response.

    I was reading on these forums itself, that people opted for Gh pre or post workout mostly.

    What would be best acc to you.

    Main objective remains recovery for me.

    Also, any thoughts on any supplements that can help with CNS efficiency?
    The ability to take less deloads etc?

    Hey Stefan/Jordan,
    I saw that you like using PGF for spot reduction.
    Do you think a compound like PGF could be harsh on the kidneys? Considering the diuretic aspect of it?
    Especially prolonged use for weeks?

    one is a gel, I have attached pictures.
    and one is this injectable compound pgcl. ( have attached pictures)- says contains- prostaglandin cloprost anlogue

    So this is what I planned out.
    150 mg test prop per week, 150 mg tren enanthate per week. 50 mg proviron a day for the next 4 weeks. ( should doses be higher)

    Post that, 150-200 mg test a week to cruise.
    along with 2 ius gh
    and add insulin if and when to required. cruise for 8 weeks and check blood work.

    What do you think?

    okay. Thank you doe your advice bud.

    I was using 300 tren, 300 mast a week
    50 mg winny a day ( around 3 weeks only)
    last 10 days-
    20 mg halo
    Proviron 50 mg a day.

    Right now took my first shot of test prop 50 mg yesterday. Using 50 mg proviron with it. ( competed exactly a week back)
    I was thinking of cruising on 150 test prop, 50 proviron.

    I little confused regarding how to go about it here on.

    What do you think of a cruise with
    150 test/ 200 primo
    OR
    150 test/ 100 tren
    ( WOULD TREN REALLY BE CONSIDERED A CRUISE)

    What would you advice me to stay on at this point?
    Just plain test prop?

    If i were to cruise on 150 test, 100 tren, and start right away, I was hoping to start getting dry right away. But then again, tren on a cruise is a little confusing.

    I was thinking of doing primo this cruise, I know JP is a huge fan. I get hair/skin problems on primo when I run 600-800 a week ( only ran it once).
    You think 200 mg a week would cause the same?

    That sounds like a bit of a risk at 2 weeks out?
    What do you think I should do?
    Just add the halo at 20 mg a day?

    I am also using t3 at 75 mg. Should I bring it down for the next two weeks ( i have heard that t3 makes you flat)
