    So don’t change anything then ? Tonight’s leg session is :

    Leg extensions – 2 x Failure

    Hack squat – 2 x Failure

    Leg press – 2 x Failure

    Lying hamstring curls – 3 x 15-25

    DB Stiff leg DL – 3 x 15-25

    Leg extensions – 3 x Failure ( BFR )

    Thoughts ??

    Thanks sir, I love squats to be honest and would love to keep them in ! Is there anything in terms of training approach that I need to be changing ??
