Hey buddy, you have accumulated a good amount of muscle and you have a fairly balanced physique! As Peter has mentioned back needs to come up a little to match the rest of you’re physique but that’s pretty normal for most bodybuilders. More muscle all over will be needed over time. Just keep working hard and keep enjoying the process.!

    Thanks man,

Would you say my back appears flat?

I’ve always thought my width on upper lats was decent but as it tapers down I lose a lot of that width? Maybe posing issue along with form adjustments needed to target my lower lats more? Thanks

    Hello mate

Crazy to think you just log booked recently, and natty; so you def got a big potential bud !!

    Classic definitely !!! 100%

    I would add :

More legs ; to contrast better with the waist / with a focus ++ on hams and glutes as your side shot got a quad dominance by 70% on your side leg

More chest ; they tend to be a little flat on the biceps front pose and the side chest pose

More lats ; your upper back and shoulders takes the lead on your back shot (might be a small mistake of posing also? You loose a bit of V taper on the back double bicep pose; maybe try different angles of elbow to see if you can improve that as well)

And keep doing your vacuum during the bulk season of course; will be harder but you will never regret it.

Huge congrats cause you rocked it !

    Thanks for all of this!

I’ve taken your recommendations into account and been thinking of adding RDLs and seated ham curls to my pull sessions, PullPushLegs, depending on whether my hams can be recovered in time for leg day.

Or posterior/anterior allowing hams, glutes and back to be hit more frequently

I have noticed my upper chest appearing flat, wasn’t sure if this was posing or maybe I need to target this area more? I know we can’t isolate that, but maybe more inclined work? Unless I just need more chest mass in general you think?

I’m currently keeping my first chest movement as a seated chest press, as anything heavy on incline seems to hurt my shoulder (torn rotator cuff)…

    Thank you

You have a very nice physique bud, shape and flow is great and would defo be suited for classic.

Looks like you need more back – lats mainly here from what I can wee in pics and also more leg but at 21 if you get peeled you will do well.

If you want to compete then get it done

Thanks mate, appreciate your feedback 🙌
