No issues at all bud, what I actually do is keep a high dose of omega pharma & v year around am and pm during a fat loss phase fats come down low low and rhen during a gaining phase I like lower side around 0.5 g per kg of weight
At my current body weight (78kg), 0.5 per kg would put me at around 39g of fat, is this all good or should I bring it up a bit more do you think?
