Ya understandable. I mean I only took 300mg test and 50mg var for this so nothing crazy drug wise. But ya will be adding in some food for sure. Its leg day so might go have some sushi later on?
1 week up 5lbs from show day. Did cut some water and sodium to dry out.
Haha I just know how important sleep is for recovery and growth. I will be staying as lean as possible for sure though as I did last rebound. Gotta get a little thick to hugeee though right?
Added 100g carbs per day plus last meal is off plan weight dropped. So gonna be adding in some more food. My sleep is still terrible as well waking up with night sweats. I think I’m gonna take a more aggressive approach to put some bf back on and go from there. It’s been a good 6-7 weeks since I’ve slept completely through the night. Off-season I can sleep for 9-10 hours typically.
So your listening to none of our tips then ??. Got to do what YOU want bud. Main main piece of advice. Do all you can to stay as lean as you can as long as you can

How many days are you post show ?
Of course your sleep still going to be shot haha.Drugs will all be in system
Body is yo yo to hell.
Can’t expect sleep to just go ping back to normal in 7 days.
If u want to eat more that’s cool but not having perfect sleep
Within 7 days is not reasoning for this
-

My genetics are chubby and that’s where my body feels the most comfortable and I perform the best. Goal is just be leaner in the off-season than last time. As long as I can see top 2 abs I’m good I hold most of my fat in my mid section.

Obviously not one of the experts….BUT if your are coaching yourself, I would personally get cals back up to a reasonable healthy amount. Not peak offseason cals but just to where you are maintaining and performance is good. Then just slowly add carbohydrates based on performance/weight. You’re body is a furnace at this point. Feed it carbohydrates since it will absorb them the most during this period. But also get fats and protein in a good place as well.
You look killer dude! Keep up the good work. Thanks for the feedback

Leg session
Squats
Set 1- 495×3
Set 2- 405×12
Hack squat
Set 1- 4pps + quarter rest pause till I hit 20 reps
Leg press
Set 1- 10ppsx12
Set 2- 8ppsx15
Leg extensions
Set 1- 205×12
Set 2- 175×15
Set 3- 135×20 squeeze set
Big stretch at the end
I split quads and hamsStrength has slightly fallen off due to dieting. Legs are starting to feel heavy. But it’s part of the process these last few weeks. 3 more leg sessions to go not holding back. Keeping the weights as heavy as possible has helped me so much in terms of holding onto size this prep. Love this style of training as well. Still more work to be done let’s take it day by day.

It’s actually very individual, some feel better and perform better leaner some don’t.
Find your sweet spot, where can you perform well, feel good and that is where you grow the bestI tend to feel better at a higher percent. It’s when I’m at my strongest and most comfortable . But definitely looking to hold a leaner physique next time around.

What will really show you is if you were able to get legit for your comp, if you are still 10 pounds off then next offseason sit 10 pounds leaner ?
That makes perfect sense.

I’d say this is touching bf limits personally for an off season it can become unproductive if unnecessary amounts of fat are gained but this looks ok. Are you currently in an off season now?
4 weeks out from my first show.
