Pulled back to 45 min cardio in the am since step count is very high. I know how much I can change in these next few weeks as the last time dieted I really dialed in the last few weeks. Legs are starting to feel tired but still managed good numbers in my leg session today. Gonna keep pushing. Thanks for the help.

    Posing is nice.
Just need those glutes n hams through [/quote]
Thank you. Gonna grind it out to pull the rest off.

Re-feeding after a prolonged dieting phase typically helps us to drop some stress and sleep better, which is often why we wake up lighter the next day. This is usually enough to give us a boost to continue back on plan the next day.

Whether you will benefit from another will depend on how ready you are, but like Jordan says, competitors often don’t come in legit peeled, so chances are you need to keep digging.

We need pictures really to be able to advise further though.

Sleep has been poor. Waking up hungry in the middle of the night. Night sweats. I go to bed same time everyday. Try to get 8 hours. My insomnia doesn’t help with that. Pics will be posted later can’t post any on Android version.

I would pull your steps down instead, 20 k seems silly excessive
In future if you are doing a feed I would go lower with food and bring steps right down
You probably walked half of it away with 20 k steps… literally

So should I pull back on cardio? I can’t control my steps during the day for work reasons. Moving all day

Could you post pics of current look ?
Agree with Jordan tho in general

I can later when I get off. Have them on my iPad.

Probably not, I can imagine you need to crack on and focus on getting peeled , if your on track to be legit , eat a second day, but how often do we actually see people in shape anymore on the amateur level? Pretty much lucky if have 2-3 people in a whole comp that are legit

Thanks for the input gonna do 350carb today while still staying a deficit. I just felt very depleted. Pumps went to shit past few days. I do work in a warehouse all day so on my feet all day. I will run this day then back to normal tomorrow to pull off the rest.

I’d say this is around upper limit for me personally

Good to know. Been BB for 2 years now and this was “lean” for me as when I was younger I had a gut and was probably 30% plus.

First pic looks circa 18%- 20
Third pic leaner when you open up. 15-17%
I could say any number tho. Does it matter really ?
I certainly wouldn’t get any softer than this

Thanks for the input. Just curious for next time. Going to try and hold a leaner look next time around?
