Typically after a 0 carb day 2-3lbs depending on my work load. I do work in a warehouse so I sweat a lot. But like I said earlier I was Flushing a lot of water that day (more than a typical 0 carb day). I do keep my water consistent from day to day as well. I ran another 0 carb day on day 2 and I’m down to 213.

Idk my scale could have been off or something ill keep updating. Yesterday was a 0carb day as well and I was Flushing more water than I normally do on those days?♂️

Day 1 no weed
Took me a little bit longer to get to sleep. Ounce I was asleep I had very lucid dreams. I know it can effect REM sleep. I woke up this morning 6lbs lighter than the morning before. No diet change. I’m gonna take this chance to experiment as I was an everyday user. Used it as pre workout as well for focus. I think it will be good to give my body a break and see what happens. Thanks for the input! -

Never really tracked macros just eat and take it week by week. 15lbs down from peak off-season weight. Have eaas with intra. Rest days are 0 carb slightly higher fat.
