    They do have ones that speed up the tan, easily purchased online. I personally just moisturise regularly

    As a former sunbed abuser, I have to say, man I fuckin hate sun beds!

    That being said if you’re gonna use them, here’s some advice!

    Build your minutes slowly. Would recommend starting at 3 mins week 1 per session, 4 mins the week after, etc. you need to try avoid getting scalded here especially if you’re just starting.

    Mix standing and lie down – lie down is super relaxing and I can genuinely fall asleep in them, but if you only use them you’ll end up with massive white patches under your arms

    Make sure you’re really hydrated as these will dry you out and moisturise your whole body regularly to avoid peely, crispy skin

    Wear eye protection, they will fuck your eyes up long term if you don’t

    Honestly buddy I would beg you not to use them, the health repercussions can be so so bad, I would look into fake tan instead, but I completely understand the want to use them and it’s your choice. Please be careful if you are going to use them!

    Last pro tip. If you work up to 10 mins on the lie down, turn off the fans, get the music on and imagine you’re lying on a beach somewhere. Little bit of summer bliss anytime of year! ?

    If u don’t mind me asking why do u hate them so much? Have they given u health problems?

    Tbh I have only starting using them for help with acne, I know there’s not a lot of literature supporting it but have heard multiple people say it helped them.

    I also tan really easily so wasn’t planning on taking the piss with them.

    But thanks for the heads up will defos stick with 4 mins a week from now on and if they don’t help with acne clearance then I’ll ditch the idea

    This certain someone has a phd in pharmacology so why wouldn’t he talk about it when he is a professional in that field?

    Also known several people who have Dr and PhD in there instagram name, no different from having BSc or MSc in bio.

    It happens to me and quite a few others. More so In off season when I’m heavy and sweat a lot more. Like hilly says I believe it’s just temperature and blood flow that brings some marks out or in my case old acne scarring

    Yeh it’s a pain in the arse lad but not too worry now I know it’s common, thanks for your reply Jim!

    From experience this is not uncommon in some people.

    It seems to be from the elevated temperature, sweating and overall stress on the body from training legs.

    I had a client that found training in a vest so he didn’t sweat as much n got air to his skin made things much better compared to training in a hoody.

    Just something to try.

    I am not sure of the reason why this is happening bar the above however so can’t give a scientific reason.

    Have you had your bloods done / hormones checked ?

    Will try training in tshirt next week and see how that works as I normally wear jumper or hoodie.

    No haven’t had bloods done on cycle but will get them done this coming week and report back then

    hi jimmy since you’ve been only running 1 rotation per session on this new split of yours for many months how have u found it in terms of exercises stalling? have they stalled or have u managed to keep same exercises in from the start?

    Did you inject where the red bit is? As that looks like it’s your arm, not the delt.

    My first few shots were the same, a bit sore for a few days as your bodys not used to it.

    I was using a 1 inch orange then and that was sore.

    God knows what using a 21g 1.5 inch must be like, doesn’t sound fun at all.

    Try using 30g half inch needle, absolutely pain free and never get pip from it myself

    Thanks for the input man. I injected about halfway up my delt, not where the red is.

    I recently moved to a new gym because I went to college as well, and the nautilus pullover here has a much better (and more intense) ROM than the one at home, I might have just fucked up my shoulder on that because I have noticed some twinging.

    I was really worried it was a bad injection, and as I have literally no idea what that is like I figured I’d post on here. I’m gonna pick up some 30g half inchers for the delts and see if that helps. Thank you very much ?[/quote]

    What happened with Matt and Patrick? Did you pay them and then never heard from them?

    Patrick put me on a plan that he just copy and pasted from someone else, had me on a bunch of liver health supps when my blood work was fine and I wasn’t on any orals. Just a cookie cutter ish plan from him. Never made a single update to my plan, even when strength and size stagnated.

    That’s outrageous man, wtaf.

    That’s not the first time I’ve heard something like that about Matt, a few people have similar stories that they exposed him for on Bostin Lloyds podcast.

    But yeah there are some real good coaches on this app that care about their clients and their progress. Maybe give the athletes logs a resd and see who they work with, or the athletes themselves might be a shout for coaching too.
