I would watch the eduction section, there’s a video of Jordan explaining how to set up an upper session.
Also, have you thought about doing Pull Push Legs instead of Push Pull Legs?
To me it doesn’t make much sense from a recovery stand point to have pull and legs next to eachother, you may benefit from switching push and pull round mate

Delts focused push
Lateral x 2-3 sets
Shoulder press x 2
Tricep compound (dips etc) x 2
Pec fly x 2-3
Lateral x 2-3
Isolation tricep movement x 2-3
Chest focus
Pec dec x 2-3
Chest press machine x 2
Chest press DB or high inc chest press x 2
Tri compound (jm smith press etc) x 2
Lateral x 3
Tricep isolation x 2-3
Something along them lines depending on your goals, equipment available etc you won’t be far off then adjust accordingly

Try a wash with benzoyl peroxide, acnecide is the best one

Hi bud did ur acne get worse when u upped the test dose? Did u manage to control the acne at all? Currently on 300mg test e first cycle and I have broke out with a bit of mild acne

Bumping this. I also have a similar issue guys, especially after leg training I break out like this in my back and traps. I always train in sweatshirt or hoodie. Does anyone have any experience with this and advice? Thanks
