I would certainly have a tidy up from here. Pushing anymore will just lead to more fat gain and not being as responsive imo.
It would of been better to get into a lean state first before the cycle. That way you could of had a long push up while keeping the fat gain down.
I would get down very lean from here for the remainder of the cycle personally

I worked with Phil hernon ifbb and he would simply add in 250mg test every stall point.
Not technical nor the best approach imo but it worked

I just did 20 weeks with a lad and we called it a day there as he has maxed out his growing in one phase and now just needs to sit at his new weight and settle into it ( 45 pounds up) , you don’t need to be at your highest dose for that , with him we started at 300 and then after 14 weeks went to 400 and then the last 2 weeks added 20mg dbol pre wo. Now gone back to 150 while sit into the new weight and then will start to tidy , initially only adding 100 more , then another 100 and finish the tidy on circa 450, and then clear out again at 150 ready for the next push again .
Thank you for the response Jordan, I am in a similar situation to your client. What’s the thinking behind sitting into the new weight instead of going straight into tidy up phase as dose decreases?

12 months… lucky but not impossible

One thing is studies other is doing this with countless people like we do.

It’s tough to say if it’s excessive without knowing/seeing the size of the heel on your lifting shoes and the size of the wedge and looking at your squat form etc.
Ultimately I think you should go on feel. Try using the wedge with and without your heeled lifting shoes and see which one feels more comfortable. Also film your self from the side if possible to get a better idea of how far your knees are tracking forward in the squat.
My gut instinct is that you won’t knees the shoes if you are using a good sized wedge but ultimately go on what feels best for you and your build.

Myfitnesspal is probably the most popular, however it doesn’t really matter what method you use, so long as you’re being consistent with the foods you’re using and inputting.
No method will be 100% accurate, so the best way to devise a diet plan is to use something like myfitnesspal initially to hit your rough macro targets and then simply follow your diet plan and adjust the amounts you’re using depending on how your body is responding and your current goal.

I have used MFP for as long as it’s been around I think

Have you also considered just running more test? And keeping things very very simple ? ( Unless you got shitty estro related sides and now want to look at a second compound to avoid even further estro sides , again very very person dependant , if your first cycle was 300-400 test , your second cycle could happily be 500-550mg and you would make incredible gains on that and only need a very low dose of a.i

@jimmytonk1 @ciaranhopper Cheers lads, it’s my understanding that deca and npp are the same compound just npp is in and out of system quicker so needs more frequent injections?
