    Split inject over 3
    Take 10mg nolva from start
    Check bloods after 4 weeks no matter what to check Estro in range.
    If not add aromasin
    In this situation you want to do all you can to stop it becoming aggravated

    Spot on Hilly mate thank you. Just to be clear, run 10mg nolva the full cycle? Planning on 12-16 week

    @kuba1000@hotmail.co.uk @Jordan Peters any advice on this gents? I have watched the gyno video, I understand the protocol of nolva 10mg for 10 days if the gyno flares up. However the lumps have already formed, only small lumps but they are still formed. What would be protocol for full cycle to stop the gyno getting any worse?

    50-75mg shld be good starting dose
