This might sound stupid to some people but I normally run hot water and put the plastic part holding the oil under the water for 5-10 seconds to heat the oil to make it a bit more easier to inject!

I mean remove sugar for trying to gain if you are adding too much bad weight/fat

Pain the next day after a workout is this normal in the hip/low back area ?

No she dosnt require medical attention for it but she gets a lot of low back pain from standing or working etc,
