Believe the above links do work now – I am not asking for massive input as I know I need to hire a coach for that, just some simple pointers of where I could improve thats all. I appreciate you guys have businesses and not charities!

Back in the groove now, training, nutrition, steps. Work is crazy but I’v taken the work clever not hard approach, so hoping this will pay off in Q3 & Q4.
Did chest & tri today, some nice comments in the gym, I am moving to a bodybuilding/strongman gym 1st August and really excited.

Really messy day, went to work, meetings and then an awards ceremony, alcohol on tap, declined politely and stuck with diet coke and water, heat was mad in a shirt and tie. Very difficult to hit protein due to the event, still trained but not optimal at all.
Back at home today, eating every 2-3 hours, hydration etc, legs at 5 this evening.

Back from Türkiye last night, last Thurs til yesterday. It was perfect, literally perfect. Sea and sand. Protein all you can eat was mental, gym was decent. But a really good time to reflect.
Day off work today and gym in the evening.
New goals, new enthusiasm and new ideas.

79.4kg
Last day of the cut prior holiday, my lowest was 78.2kg, I am averaging around 79kg past 2 weeks, work has beyond stressful, but I have been really trying to work hard physically.
Going to Türkiye – resort tomorrow for a week, first holiday this year, and looking forward to R&R, there is a gym, so will be keeping this up, but majority of the time is just time to reconnect, chill, reflect.
Managed to get my gym notice down to 1 month from 3, so starting Stackhouse Gym, Rayleigh at the start of August.
Once back from holiday, I am going to try and aim to cut a further 2kg and maintain this.
Veins wise, can see a visible vein in both my shin/calf and thigh, which for my body is unheard of but thinking back I am very grateful to gym/fitness that I changed my life and onto a new lease of life and not unhealthy or looking like the marshmellow man.
I bought some new work trousers, I decided to go for 32″ waist, I was quite worried this wouldn’t fit, but actually they fit really well, It’s been 8+ years maybe longer since I fitted into a size 32″ trousers, so it’s a highlight for 2025.

Glad it worked! I definitely do a mix of the above depending on the day 😅
Thanks Kerry! Leg session in the bag, and my beach hol prep done, Türkiye resort on Thursday!

Thanks for your responses!
I used Jordan’s way today (just back from leg day), it worked!
But will take onboard your ideas too!

Just be straight with them. You don’t need to be rude, just say that you need to get on and focus, so haven’t got time to chat. Keeping your headphones on and avoiding eye contact usually helps give off the ‘leave me alone’ signal.
Thanks Claire 🙂

Headphones on , eyes down . The realism is , at some point , you have to be selfish when it’s time to be selfish . I am INSANELY selfish when I train , I do not care about anything else at all, if you talk to me , I won’t even register what you are saying , I will barely even acknowledge it . If someone perceives that as rude , that is on them , as I perceive them as being rude for Interrupting me . A social interaction is a two way thing , simply choose not to interact
Thanks Jordan!

MemberJuly 8, 2025 at 7:07 am in reply to: Machines, free bar squats and bodybuilding gymsI think you’re in a perfectly fine position to play around with a variation of pieces and find the ones you feel best with that you can stick to consistently and progress on, and then once you run those their full coarse you can then change variations of the same movement with another piece
Bpc157 is a great peptide if you need it for injury purposes. HRT is good if you get your bloodwork done and your hormones need replacing
Grand, thank you.
