There not much decent round here mate Reps was the best in Preston but it’s closing down on the 21st all these chain gyms in the area offering a tenner a month has led to a lot of decent ones closing. There a fake ultraflex in Preston it’s a hammer strength centre but it’s relatively small and not a patch on the real chains. There’s a proper down and dirty old school place called iron man has tonnes of amazing old school machines but crap for cables and loads of stuff is poorly maintained rusty etc. Blackpool way there’s a semi decent one in the football stadium but the parking is tough.

I bought RO T8 handles about 2 years ago and they are very nice but it is a bit annoying at time. There is limited movement/rotation between the RO T8 handle and the carabiner hook so it doesn’t allow you to move as freely as possible. The other problem is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcqCI9IjkXo check out the video form about 3:50 on.. You do feel that your wrists are not lining up as well as it could be.
these are the 2 things that i don’t like about it and the handles are quite heavy..
i bought the long bar on black friday, they haven’t shipped it yet but i think it will be great for lat pull down, bicep curl and tricep extension. -
I had the same question in mind, thank you Dan and Christoph for making it so simple.
If we are using progressive overload, in the first session back after a deload or rest week, would we use the same weight from the last week of training before the break? Or as long as we use a weight we feel it is hard enough and progress upward from there would be ok? -

I got some random questions if you don’t mind answering.
where do you get your chicken and fish? from Wellcome those supermarket or wholesaler? I am always looking for cheaper source of protein.
where do u get the anabolics from? I am planning to start using anabolic next year and thought either going to bangkok or uk to buy is the only option. is there a source you can share with?
oh and where is a good gym to train legs in HK?
