    This varies for every one but as a start point

    6-8 for arms

    8-12 for bigger body parts

    Then increase arm volume first before anything else

    Ok, this is my current setup. Should I dial back any volume from this? Also should I put arms at the start of each session then?

    Nothing and i mean nothing will sort this bud you just have to ride it out once it hits u are fucked only thing I could suggest to lessen the burden is cut carbs and just go carnivor as its effect on inflammation does help skin ghkcu and bpc 157 and tb500 will also aid this but you’ll break out about 50ish times before they start to calm down that could mean 6months to a year before settling x

    Proximity to failure matters , the rep ranges you like most to achieve that matters less . pick ranges you can perform safely without form change and get close to failure with
