    Hello mate, agree with the others
    But I would make sure to add an ankle, hip, lower back mobility routine also
    Cause it’s not that bad if you don’t get injured, but it does not mean it cannot be improved.

    It’s just loading . So if you use an empty bar you can stay straight , at some point you can’t . Don’t cross thag line or you will simply get injured at some point .

    I absolutely agree with you about the injury part — that’s exactly why I asked. The thing is, even with an empty bar, there’s still a slight rounding in my back.

    I think that’s okay to be honest . A bit of rounding isn’t the end of the world . After all you are training erectors . Set your hips high , don’t drive them back and forth and pull away.
