    @drdeanstmart cause on my recent blood work my T3 Free levels were st 3.4 pg/mL and my T3 Total was 0.6 ng/mL
    And my T4 Free was 0.820 ng/dL and my T4 total was 5.1 ug/dL

    I’m just trying to figure out why my Free would be in the normal ranges but my total levels would be low

    @drdeanstmart what does it mean when you have normal Free T3 and T4 levels but you’re Total T3 and T4 levels are low?

    Jonay – not that I’m aware of. ALA is an antioxidant which helps with glucose oxidation so somewhere around 30 minutes before your carb meal.

    Harbs – this is a hard question ethically as you can really only consider the oral AAS and all oral AAS are going to be hepatoxic.

    The 2 with the highest androgenic potential and would effect the CNS in a positive manner towards strength would be Methyltrienolone and Halotestin followed closely by Anavar which would offer strength gains without being overly anabolic and yielding an increase in muscle mass if strength was the focus to improve whilst trying to maintain bodyweight. However, they are not something that could be run long term.

    And is there anything you could take while on cycle to aid in liver support, I reckon cycles would be short (4-6 weeks max) and taken at low dose and could you still benefit from taking them only on training days due to the short half life?

    Hey @drdeanstmart what would you say is the best AAS compound for just pure strength gains as such for a power lifter not looking to put on weight

    I personally wouldn’t use orange juice. Maybe sugar free cordial for flavour or cyclic Detrose for the easy digesting carb source.

    I’m using Cyclic Dextrose just adding in the OJ for a little more carbs and flavor
