Hi Elias. How is your appetite and digestion at the moment on this diet? What is your current rate of gain? Judging by your physique, you have room to push calories up here.
Digestion is Good at the moment, hunger is starting to decrease but Nothing too bad. I want to start decreasing my daily activity because often feels like too much.[/quote]

If you’re working with a coach I would listen to their advise. There’s no use paying out for a service if you’re going to seek out different opinions and potentially go against what they say.
Having said that, you definitely have room to push calories up, so it’s not unreasonable in my opinion. Your coach has all of the data from what you’ve previously been doing though, so assume this is an educated decision.
Thank you . I’m just overthinking it at this point

You’re definitely in a position to go into a gaining phase here Elias. If you want to compete in the future, you’re going to have to spend alot of time adding new muscle, which means being in a surplus and not being afraid to add some bodyfat.
Push your calories up, take regular pictures, log your training and when things stall, push up some more.
You don’t need to add an unnecessary amount of bodyfat, but you need to be comfortable knowing that adding some is part of the process, so your relationship with food needs to be in a good place and you need to be prepared to train hard and stay consistent with everything to get the most of this phase.
At some point in the future, you may need to pull back and tidy up a little before gaining again, but you’re a long way off that yet and you can use this forum for advice as you go, so take things steady and enjoy it!
Thank you very much. Great answers from all of you guys. Team JP is where it’s at

Hey Elias, you are in a good condition here and I would think about having a growing phase from here, increasing calories, and train hard ? and totally agree with what Lee says most importantly enjoy it ? let us know how you get on ?
Sounds good, thank you guys

How high are they and is this your normal step count or something that takes some effort to get to?
If it’s not unreasonably high and it’s in line with your habitual step count without much effort, increase food.
They average between 10000 and 12000 and i get to that quite easily daily without too much effort
