    also i would ask scott this but wouldn’t want to offend him, do you have any idea how david henry trains nowadays as other than that vid scott posted yesterday in videos his training look like a standard BB’s now. any ideas why he doesn’t use FT in training vids?.. just curious

    great advice thanks Jordan i will experiment with pump techniques as i have never ever trained for the pump so would like to give that a good try, but do like a good 20 rep set.
    what about warming up in terms of zig zag sets will you complete set 1 exercise 1(including warm up) – resting 1-2 mins then warm up on exercise 2 before completing 6-12 rep set on that? or will you just go straight in as you already warmed up on exercise 1 ?

    hey jordan.

    so far completed day 2 of my first week for FT so still finding my feet with weights, stretches, etc. i know scott has his own forum but i wanted to know your insights as of course its a individualized training program.

    1) I notice for your PUMP set you mostly just do 20 rep sets. do you use any pump techniques also ? (squeezing ) (pulses)

    2) with zig zag sets do you warm up with each exercise first then do the 2 exercises or do you complete set 1 including warm up, rest 1-2 mins then warm up and complete second exercise? ~(if that makes sense)

    3) how did your first 6-8 weeks look on FT in terms of how you climbed the tiers?

    I will get back on the deca and continue with 750 test, I’ve been listening to a lot of what Dave palumbo preaches and that involves switching your anabolic every 6 weeks which is the only reason why I decided to try it.
    And the squats I have just added 10 kilos each week for as many reps as possible , but I will stick to 240 now until that becomes a 10 rep set.

    I have heard you say this before but obviously as I have never been this high myself I have no room for comparison as ive only ever felt much better. this would be my 2nd offseason cycle I have also ran 2 pre contest ones so I guess this will be my 5th cycle. past offseason cycles have been very simple 500mg test e 4-500mg deca, 50mg dbol without no changes from start to finish.
    I agree jordan and will take your advice on as there is room for a calorie increase as there is for a lot of people but after a full year getting ready for UKBFF British last year it has been quite nice to just coast for a little while and give my guts a rest. (you may remember me approaching you last year outside with a huge burger lol)
    my training frequncy is also still low at 3-4 times a week with very low volume so I still have that in my back pocket.

    below is the cycle I had wrote myself up which is always subject to change and includes a lift to show progression so far without a spot and full ROM.
