Depends how soon after to waking that you train. I would place more emphasis on eating a carb heavy meal the night before, then on wake, focus on hydrating really well and getting some easily digestible carbs and EAAs in before and during training. This can be in the form of powders or if you can manage a banana, honey and some EAAs or a small meal of Cream of Rice, Whey and berries pre, and then a carb powder intra.
