It s the second contest aceto failed to get James in shape. To not compete being there he has to be way out… to me sounds incredible …James is a monster and genetic gifted to absorb food very well… but WTF??

Always being two ways about it, both nervous and kinda “fuck yes lets get it”
Session went Well
Both legpress sets went up half a plate with matched reps and hacksquat topset Got an 1.25 xtra a side and a forced rep more (using a spotter)
All in all a great sesh and both Legs and cns i utterly smoked. Great to have restday tomorrow -

Weight last checkin was 224, and 225 this morn, so 1 lbs up this week, sweet.
Big dog JP was happy to hold this week as weight is up and strength is slowly climbing, what could be better?
Had a sick push sesh today, one of those sessions where you just go ” fuck yeah this is amazing”, every compund upped with 1.25-2.5kg a side with matched reps, so that set the tone. Another great day in the office, so to speak.

Im sure Jamie the giant as stated he uses this on prep.
I smoke and drink coffee during prep and this helps massively were as when not on prep the only time I smoke is when I have drink alcohol.
Its a well reported fact smoking does reduce appetite either physiologically or psychologically or likely both.

No iknow, surely it isnt “good for you”, but as you say alot of the things done isnt.
I’m just thinking off even tho other remedies are used if i could eek out a bit more of my current offseason with quitting the cigs. And offcourse not spend all those money -

Well, ours truly @jordanpeters reports fine if not better libido on a nandrolone only cycle.
And if you are to have a nandrolone as test base in a cruise you would have a higher potency of anabolism
While maintaining same MG as a test “cruise”
So more potent with less sides, just like a nandrolone blast. IMO what’s not to like -
Mate, it’s your diet that’s in charge of the water retention. Especially at 150mg hrt test.
