It’s not early days. But sounds like you have to increase food, go little by little maybe your bw in lbs would be fine (mainly carbs) and acces.

Up the food, to be honest. Go for some liquid meals eventually
    Or

Increase the food in the WO perimeter – intra, post and post post. Not much something like add 20g carbs on each. Might even up pre meal if it’s small enough to still sit light (like cream of rice)

Jordan, I have read your ebook and will start applying the methods. You have Push+Quads, rest, hams+back, rest, push+quads, hams+back, rest. Then repeat that routine starting Monday. So you are hitting the body parts twice in one week. I know you talk about progressive overload, does that apply to beating the reps, weight, or tempo for every workout? So say on Monday it’s push and you do push again on Friday, are you trying to beat those numbers you logged? Or are you matching those numbers in the same week and the goal is to beat them the next week? Just very curious. Thanks for the help.

Use the Ebook forum for this bud. This is Jordans log.
    But
Every workout in the ebook is different, so everytime the same rotation comes around you aim to beat it. Ofc everytime the same movement comes around you go back – check what you Got the last time and beats that. But if i remember correctly. Even when the same movement comes around it’s sometimes a RP and other times straight sets.

Favorite – High incline Smith or a good machine dip

Hence being 192cm DL’s are the most challenging (theres a damn long way off the floor)

The Three – DL, hack squat and bench, for hitting all theeem angles

I’m so sorry with how i asked the question. The thing that doesnt make sense to me is that my sites does not react to the primo. But do react as soon as i put the sust in.

Excuse me Dr.Smart but can i pick your brain a bit? ????
I have noticed when i pin da some sites reacts differently to different compounds.
The case is, i atm pinning 125mg sust and 200mg of primo m/W/f. The wierd thing is as whenever i pin my Glutes, Quads(lateralis) or pecs with both things (usually split the shots up when it comes to pecs 1.0ml and 1.5ml), that the sites reacts with soreness and “lumps”. This does not happend with delts. They carry on just fine. But can it be true that sites can act according to hormone used? Both my primo and sust is same lap and same carrier Oil. Or could it be the propionate crashing as i have heard can happend?

Up the carbs at make your body adjust to more food, 1300 would feel like suicide, just start adding like your bw in Cals like every or every other week
