Would anyday place your weakpoint after a restday, so that you are relaxed and “healed” and ready to go ham.
As for chest development, for me, pushing heavy dumbells and doing xtremely pretty cableflyers with mind to muscle connection, has helped me out alot. Actually at the point now where i need to turn Down delt and chest volume to let my other bodyparts come around. Just my two cents.. and for delts… a lot of lateral raises (controlled) is great -
Front squats, might be a more heavy move than xtentions, but it smash quads hard

recently Got a supply Line for the english ugl brands, and Will prolly go with Cerberus for blast.. Got some testP and NPP coming soon. Which Will be used the next 35 days for postcomp rebound (currently 3 days out iron rebel Europe) -
Dont really wanna push past 1g total, even tho i need to put on a lot off mass, since this blast Will be 1 year out from nationals. Might gonna go 750/375 with test high and then ran 0 orals at all

You could might just use the dbol for the first 4 weeks, simply to kickstart (if patience isn’t a friend of yours)
Personally i fancy oxy over dbol any day.. but thats just me.
Anthoner con – be aware of High aromatization and dbol and pull it out if it fucks up digestion and appetite – cuz food is the Real anabolic -
